We have zero tolerance for any child pornography, pornography, phishing, spam, hacking, attacking, or hosting pirated contents. If we find out or receive reports on such use of our services, we will suspend/cancel/terminate your service without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against violators.
PPTP is not considered the most secure tunneling protocol, but it is very simple and widely supported among all devices; it is also very efficient with relatively high throughput and low latency.
The encrypt-decrypt process creates huge overhead for CPU to process. In some real-world applications, a 100M connection can only reach 20-30M when encryption is on; however, if we disable PPTP encryption, we have seen results of 60-80M. For all our single IP packages (Home, Professional and Business), we have decided to disable encryption to achieve higher throughput from our VPN hub to your device.
When the content of the VPN tunnel is open and doesn’t require high security, PPTP without encryption becomes the perfect protocol for DDOScube to use to assign an anti DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) IP address to your device.

5) If you use a credit card, please take a picture of your credit card showing the first 4 and last 4 digits of your credit card number, expiration date, and your full name.

DDOScube provides free 24/7 ticket support for only our products and related VPN issues. Tickets must be created inside our support system - we do not accept support emails, chats, nor calls. You must create support tickets for any other network, service, or application issues you want us to investigate or assist, but we reserve the right to refuse support.
Due to the high support volume, please allow 48-72 hrs of response time for any regular ticket. If you wish to have priority service, we’ll charge a onetime $1.99 nonrefundable fee per ticket to upgrade your ticket to our priority support list. The priority tickets have an everage 1-2 hrs responce time.
All tickets from the "Enterprise" package will automatically have priority status.

Our SLA has a 99.9% uptime guarantee, which means downtime is limited to 43 minutes per month. You are entitled to refund for any downtime exceeding the 43-minute limit. The refund calculates at 10% per hour of your monthly unit price (excluding tax) incremental to the maximum of 200% of your monthly unit price. Starting from the 44th minute of downtime caused by our service, you are entitled for a refund of 10% of the monthly unit price until the downtime reaches 20 hrs. The refund maxed out at 21st hr of downtime.
